How much does notarization cost?
We offer competitive pricing for GA. Fees include the state-permitted notarization amount plus transparent travel/after-hours rates when applicable. Request a quick quote for your specific documents and location.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID).
The complete, unsigned document(s). Do not sign until the notary instructs you.
Any required witnesses (see below).
Can you provide witnesses?
We can often arrange witnesses with advance notice and an additional fee. Some documents require one or two impartial witnesses; please confirm your document’s requirements in advance.
Can you notarize documents in languages other than English?
We can notarize documents in other languages, provided we can communicate with the signer in English and confirm understanding. We do not translate documents.
Do you prepare or give legal advice on documents?
No. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or prepare legal documents. Please consult a licensed attorney for legal questions or document preparation.
What types of ID are acceptable?
Valid government-issued photo IDs such as a state-issued driver’s license or ID, U.S. passport, or military ID. The name on the ID should match the document. If your ID has changed (e.g., recent name change), let us know beforehand.
What if the signer can’t be present or cannot sign?
The signer must be present and able to communicate and sign (or direct a signature by mark) for most notarizations. If a signer has special circumstances, contact us in advance to discuss lawful options.
Do you notarize for minors?
Some documents for minors can be notarized with a parent/guardian present and proper identification. Requirements vary—please get in touch with us with details.
How do cancellations or rescheduling work?
Please provide at least 12–24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a travel/appointment fee.
Do you carry errors and omissions (E&O) insurance and a notary commission?
Yes. Our Georgia notary commission is active and in good standing, and we maintain E&O coverage.
